OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE MAY MAKE YOUR HAIR
GROW BUT IT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By participating in this LOHA x Hair Centre of Turkey Hair Transplant Giveaway 2025 (the
“Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
PRIZE PACKAGE:
• Medical and Suitability Evaluation by Hair Centre of Turkey
• Surgical Hair Transplant Procedure at Hair Centre of Turkey, Istanbul
• Return Economy Flights from a major international airport
• Hotel Accommodation for the duration of treatment
• Clinic Transfers (airport–hotel–clinic)
ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal residents of the countries/territories listed in Appendix A (“Eligible Territories”)
who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of LOHA (“Sponsor”), Hair Centre
of Turkey, and any agencies or partners involved are not eligible. This Promotion is not sponsored,
endorsed, or administered by Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, or any social platform.
TO ENTER:
During the Entry Period, entrants must: (A) Follow instructions on Kristen Hanby's official
competition post(s); (B) Complete required engagement (e.g., fill in the competition form/tag a
mate); and (C) Follow @weareloha or the official LOHA Facebook page unless already
following. Entrants may enter on behalf of a friend or family member, provided the nominee
meets all eligibility and medical requirements. One (1) entry per person unless additional
entries are expressly permitted. Automated entries are void.
DRAW:
One potential winning entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds depend on
number of eligible entries.
PRIZE:
One (1) prize including: (A) A full surgical hair transplant procedure; (B) Flights; (C) Hotel
accommodation; (D) Clinic transfers. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): £3,000–£5,000 depending
on departure location and clinical requirements. No cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute prize
elements of equal or greater value if necessary. Prize is non-transferable except where the clinic
deems the winner medically unsuitable and approves a nominated replacement.
SURGICAL AND MEDICAL SUITABILITY:The prize includes a surgical cosmetic procedure. The procedure is subject to full medical
consultation, assessment, and approval by Hair Centre of Turkey. Medical suitability is not
guaranteed. The clinic may refuse treatment for any safety-related reason. Risks, side effects,
complications, and recovery requirements may apply. The clinic may require compliance with pre-
and post-operative instructions. If the winner is medically unsuitable, they may nominate another
eligible individual (subject to clinic approval). No cash or alternative prize will be offered if suitability
is denied.
WINNER REQUIREMENTS:
To accept the prize, the winner must, within 14 days: (A) Complete all clinic medical questionnaires
and evaluations; (B) Hold a valid passport and meet all Turkish entry, visa, and health
requirements; (C) Agree to be filmed, photographed, and recorded throughout the process; (D)
Grant LOHA and Hair Centre of Turkey a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use all
footage and content for promotional purposes; (E) Execute a Confirmation of Eligibility and
Release; (F) Sign all medical waivers and procedural consents required by the clinic. Failure to
comply may result in forfeiture.
MEDICAL LIABILITY:
All medical advice, assessments, surgical decisions, performance of the procedure, aftercare, risks,
and outcomes are governed solely by Hair Centre of Turkey’s medical terms and waivers. LOHA
does not provide medical advice, does not control or supervise the procedure, and accepts no
liability for medical outcomes, complications, negligence, side effects, dissatisfaction, aftercare, or
decisions by the clinic. The winner must sign and agree to the clinic’s liability documentation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits LOHA’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its
negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
TRAVEL CONDITIONS:
The winner is responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, medical insurance, and personal
expenses. LOHA is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, border issues, travel disruptions, or
clinic-driven rescheduling.
DATA PROTECTION (GDPR):
Entrants consent to Sponsor collecting, processing, storing, and transferring their personal data for
Promotion administration. Data may be processed outside the UK and EU in jurisdictions with
different data-protection standards. Entrants retain UK GDPR rights including access, correction,
and deletion. Winner’s appearance in photos/video may constitute special-category data, which the
winner consents to being used for promotional purposes. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy applies.
PUBLICITY:
Winner grants LOHA worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free rights to publish their name (first name +
initial) and use all content created during the prize for advertising and promotion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or misdirected entries or technical failures. Sponsor
may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Promotion. Promotion is governed by laws of
England & Wales, without affecting non-waivable statutory rights in the entrant’s country of
residence.WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
Winner(s) will be announced on Kristen Hanby's official channels after verification on or around
the 31st December 2025. Entrants may request winner details within 60 days of announcement.
APPENDIX A – ELIGIBLE TERRITORIES:
United Kingdom, Ireland, United States (excluding Rhode Island), Canada (excluding Quebec),
Australia, New Zealand, European Union member states, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, UAE,
Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, India, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia,
Philippines, Vietnam, South Africa.
Not eligible:
Residents of territories subject to UK, US, EU or UN sanctions, including Russia, Belarus, Iran,
Syria, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Cuba, Pakistan, and any jurisdiction where prize promotions are prohibited by law.
