Rule 1 — Enter the Arena

Head to weareloha.com/pages/world-hair-cuts-cup-competition and register. No sign-up, no glory. One entry per person — you can't crown yourself twice.

Rule 2 — Vote Like Your Highlights Depend on It

Each Match Day, two legendary lids go head-to-head on our socials. To be in the draw that week: (a) be registered, and (b) vote on the matchday post. One vote per person per matchday. Make it count.

Rule 3 — Win Weekly. Win Big.

Every week, one lucky participant wins. Over six weeks that's:

6x Fully Loaded LOHA Washbags
6x Classic World Cup Shirts from Classic Football Shirts

Grand Prize (Semi-Finals): Seats at a live UK sporting event, a £500 bar tab, and mystery prizes. Because great hair deserves a great drink.

Enter at least one poll during the competition window and you're eligible. Latecomers welcome.

Rule 4 — Play Fair, Hair Fair

Free to enter. No purchase necessary. One account per person — gaming the vote gets you disqualified. LOHA's decision is final on all matters, including which hair is truly the greatest. We reserve the right to modify or cancel if life gets in the way — we'll always let you know via socials.

Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by them. We've tried to keep the legalese to a minimum — the hair is the star here.

1. The Promoter

1. This competition is promoted by LOHA ("the Promoter"). Registered address: [INSERT REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For queries, contact us via www.weareloha.com.

2. The Important Bit: We're Just Here for the Hair

Let's be absolutely clear about one thing. This competition — The Official Intercontinental Championship of Ridiculously Good Hair — is an independent promotion created by LOHA. It is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, sponsored by, or connected to the FIFA World Cup, any other football governing body, or any official international football tournament. We just really like great hair. And football shirts. That's it.

Any resemblance to actual football tournaments, living or dead, is purely in the spirit of fun and absolutely not an attempt to pass off on anyone's intellectual property. We checked. Our lawyers have good hair too.

3. Eligibility

2. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, subject to the geographical restrictions set out in clause 8 below.

3. Employees of LOHA, its group companies, agencies, prize partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry is free of charge. No purchase is necessary.

5. By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.

4. Competition Period and Closing Date

6. The competition opens on [INSERT START DATE] and closes on [INSERT END DATE — 6 WEEKS LATER] at 23:59 GMT ("the Closing Date"). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition period. Any change will be communicated via LOHA's social media channels and the competition landing page.

Note for LOHA team: Insert exact start and closing dates before publishing. CAP Code Rule 8.17 requires a specific closing date.

5. How to Enter

8. To enter, participants must register via the competition landing page at www.weareloha.com/pages/world-hair-cuts-cup-competition.

9. To be eligible for weekly prize draws, participants must have voted in at least one matchday poll on LOHA's official social media channels during the competition period.

10. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.

11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By entering, participants release each relevant social media platform from any and all liability in connection with this competition. Any questions or complaints should be directed to LOHA, not to the platform.

12. LOHA accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues.

6. Prizes

13. Weekly prizes: Six (6) Fully Loaded LOHA Washbags and six (6) Classic World Cup Shirts courtesy of Classic Football Shirts will be awarded across the six-week competition period (one prize per week).

14. Grand Prize (awarded at the semi-finals stage): Seats at a UK sporting venue (to be announced) to watch a live sporting final, plus a £500 bar tab, plus mystery prizes.

15. Weekly prizes are awarded by random draw from all eligible participants for that week.

16. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.

17. LOHA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required by circumstances beyond its control.

7. Winners

18. Winners will be selected by random draw, conducted independently, following the close of each relevant competition week.

19. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at registration within 14 days of the relevant draw date.

20. Winners' names (first name and initial only) will be announced on LOHA's social media channels and/or website following confirmation.

21. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, LOHA reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

22. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of winner confirmation.

23. A list of winners may be obtained by writing to LOHA at the address in clause 1 within 60 days of the competition closing date.

8. Geographical Eligibility

24. Weekly prizes (LOHA Washbags and Classic Football Shirts) are open to participants worldwide, excluding residents of Germany, the province of Quebec (Canada), and any country subject to UK or international trade sanctions or embargoes at the time of the competition.

25. The Grand Prize (sporting venue seats, bar tab, and mystery prizes) is only available to residents of the United Kingdom. If the Grand Prize winner is not a UK resident, LOHA reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value deliverable to the winner's country of residence, subject to the exclusions in clause 8.1.

26. Participants are responsible for ensuring that acceptance of any prize complies with the laws of their country of residence.

9. Data, Privacy and Marketing

27. By registering for this competition, you agree to LOHA using your personal data (name and contact details) to administer the competition, notify you if you win, and contact you with marketing communications from LOHA and its partners.

28. Your consent to marketing communications is separate from your competition entry. You may opt out of marketing at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any communication or by contacting us at www.weareloha.com, without affecting your competition entry.

29. Your data will be processed in accordance with LOHA's Privacy Policy, available at www.weareloha.com, and in compliance with UK GDPR and PECR.

30. LOHA will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties outside of its partner network.

10. General

31. LOHA's decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

32. LOHA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice if required by circumstances beyond its control.

33. LOHA accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by entrants in connection with the competition, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

34. This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

35. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
